Privacy Policy.
This notice covers pocketgleam.com and the PocketGleam newsletter at campaigns.pocketgleam.com. PocketGleam is operated by PocketGleam Solutions.
Website access
Our hosting and security systems may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver pages and investigate abuse. Images are served from our website. The site loads Google Fonts, which can cause your browser to contact Google. External sites have their own privacy notices.
Newsletter subscriptions
Public newsletter signup is currently closed while setup is completed. Controlled test subscriptions are handled through listmonk. When you subscribe, listmonk stores your email, any name you supply, selected topics, subscription state and confirmation information needed to manage the subscription. We use this information to send the requested newsletter and service messages.
Delivery and technical feedback
We use listmonk and PostgreSQL on AWS Lightsail and Amazon SES in Mumbai for newsletter delivery. Delivery systems process recipient addresses and message contents; bounce and available complaint events are sent through AWS SNS to maintain suppression. Gmail does not supply individual spam complaints through this feedback route. Open and click tracking are disabled in our configured newsletter system.
Contact email
The Contact page opens your email application to write to help@pocketgleam.com. It does not submit a website form. Messages you send are handled through NamesLink Business Email and its underlying mail service. Do not send passwords, OTPs or sensitive account or identity documents.
Retention and your choices
We retain subscription information as needed to operate the service and record your choices. Unsubscribe and suppression records help prevent unwanted re-imports or later sends. Technical logs and backups may retain information separately. Use the newsletter’s unsubscribe/preferences link to withdraw, or email help@pocketgleam.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may retain a minimal suppression record where necessary to honor withdrawal.
Administrator access
The private card editor uses authentication and CSRF cookies. Administrator account details, password hashes, sessions, login attempt timestamps and card edit history are stored on our server to protect access and operate the catalogue. These cookies are separate from the public finder, which does not require an account.
Credit card finder
The card finder uses your spending and preference answers in browser memory to calculate suggestions. Answers clear on page reload. We do not store them, send them to an AI provider, or include them in application links. We do not request your PAN, income, credit score, name or phone number. Following an affiliate link opens a separate partner application, subject to that partner’s privacy notice.
Affiliate links
Third-party providers and affiliate networks may process information when you follow their links. Read their notices before applying or providing personal information. See our affiliate disclosure.
Contact and changes
Send privacy questions to help@pocketgleam.com. We will update this notice when our actual practices change.
